'I had a great stay at Thekkady Haritham Residency! This is a newly renovated property so everything was very clean and I had no issues. The bed was comfortable, the place was quiet and everything worked great. It was excellent value for the price; much more affordable than other options. There are 4 rooms on each floor so it is perfect for groups. I was a solo traveler and enjoyed my stay even with other guests staying there. It is away from the main roads and main City so it is very peaceful...

'We stayed here as it was close to my friends wedding that we attended. We were happy to stay here for two night. It was comfortable for the duration of the stay. The staff were so lovely, and could t do enough for you. They brought a coffee and a chai up to our room. We would go back if we needed somewhere for a short duration in that town again.'

'Initially we booked a standard AC room but upgraded to a deluxe AC room on the 2nd floor which has been constructed newly. The room had ample space with a small balcony as well as with TV and a small storage cupboard. The room, attached bathroom-toilet was clean and the bed linen as well as towels were clean. Provision for tea/coffee in the room was available. A table chair would have been nice. Nearby dining options are available. The not-so good reviews are mostly due to the standard rooms on...

The deluxe AC room has a comfortable king bed, good reverse cycle Air-conditioning unit as well as ceiling fan, bar fridge, stainless steel electric kettle, flat screen TV, premium quality linen, quilts and towels, and good Tata Tetley teabags and instant coffee with creamer and sugar is provided. The bathroom is clean, Western style with running hot and cold water 24...

'Water heated only 7-10, but even then we had a problems with hot water and pressure. Called many times to have hot water and needed to escalate to have someone to look at. Even then water was warm but really cold. Terrible condition of shower (tap, glass door and knob wasn’t working properly and there was mould). Limited food option mainly Indian. Pool area bor very inviting. '

'The hotel was amazing. The service, the welcome, the staff were all very excellent. We loved our room with the beautiful views, it was nice and spacious. The breakfast was varied , lots of choices and we also enjoyed the dinner in the restaurant. Anoop, Anil, Kiran, Chef Ram and Chef Sarita were all very friendly and gave great service in the restaurant. 'This is a great hotel with excellent staff. The cottages were excellent, spacious, well spread out and located in a beautifully manicured gardens amidst dense forest. The staff is professional, pleasant, effective and very courteous. The food at the venue is excellent. The facilities at the hotel are great. The view point at the hotel is mesmerising. The only downside is the road leading to the hotel - it is dire. This needs urgent attention. I will not hesitate to go back to this excellent...

'The front desk staff was good, the breakfast was excellent and tasty. Two issued I had was there was another group that was playing loud music near us and it was bothering us as we were trying to put the kids to sleep. We also had a issues where the staff was suppose to deliver a case of water we brought and they delivered it to the wrong room. They replaced it with a case but just two small issues. Overall good experience and would stay again if going through the area. '
