THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW:

1. Please note that the garage is not available for parking.
2. Elevator is not accessible for the guest, unless you arranged when booking. Unauthorized use, including improper or unauthorized activation of the emergency button, shall incur a penalty fee of $880.

Fresh linens and towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle, stovetop, oven, and cooking essentials. Iron and ironing board available.

Guests have full access to all areas of the property including the kitchen, laundry, pool, games room, and entertainer`s deck.

• Quiet hours after 10 PM — be respectful of neighbours
• Clean all dishes and appliances after use
• Turn off lights and AC when not in use
• Return keys to the lockbox at checkout


Additional Rules & Penalties:

• No Smoking — Evidence of smoking incurs a $500 AUD penalty
• No Pets — Violations result in a penalty charge
• No Parties — Noise complaints, damage, or excessive mess will incur penalties
• Self Check-In — Instructions sent one day before arrival. Read carefully and reach out if needed
• Lost Keys/Access Devices — Replacement cost is $300 per set. Lockout attendance fee is $100
• Damages — Security deposit covers any damage or loss during your stay
