'De accommodatie waar wij verbleven is aan renovatie toe. Nummer 101. De deuren sluiten niet goed, toilet staat los, vliegjes uit de putjes van de wasbak, luxaflex werkt niet goed. Enz enz. Ook kan het beter schoongemaakt worden: er lag bv glas op de grond bij het hoofdeinde van de bedden. Het verblijf is erg gehorig. De locatie en uitzicht was perfect.'

'A bit on the expensive side, but the rest is simply perfect. New building, new rooms, fantastic beds, very clean, all kinds of accessories, nice breakfast. Location is great if you want to discover the Revelstoke National Park or the nearby Glacier National Park.'

The kitchen had everything, microwave, stove, oven, fridge, big freezer, coffee maker and toaster plus washer and dryer.Complete with pots and pans and all the utensils just like home. Nice pool and the gondola and the coaster ride and the food and shopping all together in one place. Nice comfy bed, clean room and surroundings. Excellent.'

'Great modern, clean room. It had snacks and little things like toothbrush, lighted/ heated floors, apple accessories, fireplace for heat and cold air. Would stay again. Easy in and out. Quick response. Perfect trip. Only thing which was minor. Should have towels to match number of people.

'Our stay at Eleven was lovely. The hotel is quaint with only 12 rooms. They are located conveniently downtown close to stores and restaurants. The spa amenities and included made-to-order breakfast made this a great overall value. Staff went above and beyond and were friendly, warm and accommodating to our needs.

'Property was beautifully renovated. The tour on checkin was a nice touch. Allowed us to ask direct questions about the ammenities and get a bit of history on the building. The staff member was accommodating enough to make us a reservation at the restaurant. I have no complaints about the comfort and ammenties in the room, the only feedback I would have is it would be nice to have a full length mirror available in the guest room.'

I was surprised at how well maintained and how well kept the suite was given how busy the resort is. The room was furnished very well and tastefully so. Furniture was not beaten up or worn (this is a busy resort). The A/C worked very well, the room was spotlessly clean, including everything in the kitchen cabinets. Staff were very helpful, housekeeping was great. '

"Erg goed verblijf in Radium Hot Springs. Gelegen in een fijn en rustig dorp waar elanden en herten door de straat lopen als je geluk hebt 😀. We hadden een fijn soort appartement met meerdere kamers en zes slaapplaatsen. We konden zelfs koken en er was een grote koelkast.
Enige nadeel was dat het appartement toen we arriveerden wat vreemd rook maar wellicht was het even ongebruikt."
"Double queen suite is een ruime woonkamer met aparte slaapkamer. Beide erg ongezellig door de inrichting en felle verlichting overal. Woonkamer geen ramen, harde bank en niet fijn om te zitten. "
"Well, there where a few things missing on the ceiling, just the overall ambiance was not totally there, this was not the worst of the hotels we stayed in, the last couple of weeks, but definitely not the best.
We spent time in cheaper hotels, that where nicer."
