'Lots of emails in advance including pre-check-in, but on arrival nothing was ready and all information needed to be filled-out again! Nice resort, great looks over surroundings and golf course, nice pools and jaccuzi. Condo was outdated and not thoroughly cleaned. The vintage plastic table cloth from the early 60’s should really be removed. '

'We really enjoyed our 5 night stay at Horsethief Lodge, Panorama. Our unit was lovely and clean with everything you’d need for your stay. Great to be able to cook in your own place and enjoy your own patio. We loved taking the gondola up to the pools and various activities. Loved the mountain coaster, mini golf and beautiful trails. We will return. '

'Dealt with Meaghan. She was awesome. From her calling us on the way there to us having to call her back.. everything was soo relaxing and peaceful. Our daughter loved the pool. '

'We had a great stay here! Even though the cold pool and waterslides were closed they still had the warm pool and the hot tubs working and our 2 year old had a blast splashing around! Beautiful property and it wasn't too crazy busy which we enjoyed. Overall we had a lovely stay!'

'Beautiful condo with all you’d ever need to have a comfortable stay! Beds are so comfy. Kitchen is well equipped. Having the hot tub was awesome! The kids loved having their own bathroom. Can’t think of a single complaint. Can’t wait to stay again. '

'There is a window in the yurt that requires repair, hot pads for handling a hot pot would be helpful, the bed needs an upgrade in comfort and the pillows should be retired and replaced. We did enjoy our 2 night stay.'

'Overall, we loved our stay. Extremely convenient location on the mountain where you can put your skis on as soon as you step out the door to glide to a chairlift. The unit we stayed in was clean and comfortable. Our unit had a double bunk bed in one room, but there was no ladder to the very high top bunk which made it a bit of a challenge to get to... fortunately, we had a young crew that handled it ok. We had arranged for 3 parking passes in advance, yet when we arrived, there were none left...
