'Phenomenal! Exceeded all expectations on every level. We travel the world and this is definitely one of the Top 10 for us. From being picked up at the port to check in to the baggage handling. The room looked like no one had ever stayed in it. Extremely clean and updated. The bed was so comfortable. Our view was magical. The location is perfect. Very walkable. But their people made it the best. Every single encounter was warm and friendly. Breakfast was amazing! Don’t sleep in and miss it!'
'Check in was bad. Arrived at 10am. Said they would call/text us. Hung around on the resort. 3pm still no call. We go to reception, room not ready. “Wait a few minutes”. 1 hour later still not ready. Finally “ready” after 4pm. We go to the room and wait another 15 minutes while the cleaners finish. When the room was finally “ready” they forgot their broom after rushing out. The AC didn’t work the first night. Using their phones to call reception was confusing. They provide a tv in the room that...
'Diese Unterbringung und der Ort eignen sich nur für Eltern mit Kleinkindern. 5 km links und rechts vom Hotel aus nur Strasse und verbaute Strände. Keine Möglichkeit am Wasser spazieren zu gehen. Wenig vorhandene Gastro unterirdisch. Selbst Rentner, die vermeintlich Ruhe suchen, sollten diesen Ort meiden. Bis wohin vernünftiges in der Gegend mindestens 30 min mit dem Auto. Frühstück mässig befriedigend.'
