'Staff: very friendly. They are very responsive to my questions. I managed to ask for pick up service just several hours before my arrival. They are able to entertain my request. At the property, staff is very friendly. I feel at home. Location: the onsen hotel is near utsumi station. There is a free pick up service from the station. A wonderful sea view from the room. Can walk along the coast anytime. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. But we chose to dine in at the hotel....

'The staff treated me so well. Working with me even with a language barrier. After a few weeks of the Tokyo and Osaka life, that place was a slice of heaven, my only regret was not staying longer. The baths were nice, the place was super clean. Transportation to get there is a bit difficult, but that I think is what makes this place attractive, since it's in such a nice, quiet part of Japan. Going there during the Sakura season was amazing too. '

'Clean room, good Japanese breakfast. I didn't get a chance to check out the bath house.'

'The staff were all great! The meals were great and well thought out. The room was spacious and the view of the ocean was pleasant. Its just too bad we couldnt use the public bath amenities because of our tattoos, but it was nice to use the private bath in the hotel room. We did use a taxi to get around. If we were to return, we would definietly consider staying here again.'
