Super helpful and friendly staff. Convenient location. Close to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR, shopping and restaurants. Room is kind of dark. Noisy sometimes. Building is backing to a street full of pubs. Next building is under renovations. Adequate for the price. Will stay there again.

今回は平日のみ4泊5日で利用しました。 尖沙咀駅まで近く、周辺にはレストランも多く、ホテルで食事することなく住みました。 スタッフは、親切に対応いただき、気持ちよく過ごせました。 日本人としては、バスタブがないことと、バスローブがないことが残念でした。

Just spent over a week at a the Luxe Manor. The hotel is very nice and comfortable rooms with a small fridge. The staff are so wonderful and friendly. Any problem or question you have they try to solve it for you. They get to know you on a personal level and it feels like a home away from home. The 24 gym is great and well equipped for its small size. The area is full of shops and restaurants. There is a supermarket nearby. I absolutely loved staying here and will be back for sure. Thank you for making me feel so welcome - Cary, Tony, Michael, Tommy and Mabel!

日本人スタッフのジミーさんに大変お世話になりました。ダブルブッキングの宿泊施設の解消にも尽力していただきました。言葉の通じないスタッフも私の身振り手振りの要望に真剣に応えてくれ。ジミーさんが何時に来るからとつないでくれました。施設もサルバトールダリの好きなオーナーのセンスが私には心地よく感じられました。wi-fi、電気ポット、アメニティ、AC 電源、鏡、シャワーの圧力、体重計の設置など施設的にも十分でしたし、清掃スタッフもにこやかに接してくれました。4連泊してしまいました。

숙소가 침사추이역과 가깝고 주변에 쇼핑센타와 먹거리등도많아서 아주 편리했다. 숙소도 아담하고 깨끗한 인상을 주었고 다만 호텔뒤에 바가 있어서 저녁늦게 소음이 들리는 것은 참을만은 했다. 그것 빼고는 또 이용해도 좋을듯 싶다.

People from this hotel are super super nice! Price is descent! Service was excellent! Will definitely recommend to everyone! Btw. Got scammed on the way to hotel from airport by the taxi driver who double the price. Be vigilant! Usually cost only 300hkd to get to the city from airport! Don’t pay and get ppl from the hotel if the price is not reasonable! They will help you!!

Lovely hotel- not too busy. Staff is friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurants and shops in the area and a quick walk to the sea front. A most enjoyable stay.

My stay at the The Luxe Manor was just fine. The hotel is conveniently situated in TST. It is near the MTR, walking distance from Kowloon park, close to all sorts of shops and eateries, and provides the perfect home base for excursions around Hong Kong. I found the hotel to be clean and well maintained and the staff cordial and helpful. For the price, I thought it was a great value and would stay there again.

When I arrived in Hong Kong, I had a slight cold. I stayed at this hotel for 3 days. The room was adequate, but the heating system wasn't functioning, and the room temperature was 19 degrees when I attempted to sleep on the first day. Since it was after midnight, they promptly provided me with a portable heater and moved me to a new room the next day. In the new room, the heating worked fine, and they informed me that they had called an engineer to fix the issue. They apologized for the inconvenience of the chilly night. The staff service was perfect.

Return visit and very satisfied.
This is a great hotel. We have stayed here before, and it is still as good as it was. For Hng Kong a giant-sized room well kitted out - Wi-Fi worked perfectly - simple but well-prepared breakfast - good area close to MTR and A21 bus from the airport and the central park and some very good restaurants nearby- our go to when we are back in Hong Kong
