the property was not at all like the photos on website, the room was old, condition of ill repair, mould in bathroom, bed had a base but apparently no softer layer on top, chipped fittings, 2nd had flip flops, i took photos for your reference, please reply to this as the accomodation was not worthy of price charged

Simpelt og lydt hotel.
Vi ankom sen eftermiddag til et smilende og venligt personale men dog til et noget simpelt og meget lydt værelse og dermed generet af larm fra andre gæster og trafik fra stor vej. Desuden ingen dør men kun er forhæng til toilettet, lidt ucharmerende. Dyrt men rar lufthavns transport.

the hotel is poorly located, should have free shuttle every hour to compensate for the bad location, the pool should be cleaned more regularly ... very dirty the water .. the breakfast is great top .. staff is also very nice, always ready to help ... laundry service is good too

The staff was very accommodating. We booked our shuttle to the airport through them and they offered a to go breakfast option for us since our flights were very early. The pool is nice and the rooms are quite clean. There is a 7/11 next door for snacking needs and a couple good restaurant choices nearby as well. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the night bazaar which is helpful too!

We stayed in the hotel at low season and the staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. The room was clean and tidy,and the beds were imcredibly comfortable!

Wouldn’t stay again
We booked this hotel to be an easy layover hotel flying into Krabi and taking a morning ferry to an Island. This hotel advertised hotel pick ups at an extra charge, I booked and then emailed them to request a pickup and sent all of our fight information. I received an email back from the manager confirming our pick up and the price we would be charged. No one was waiting for us at the airport so we called the hotel, they acted like they had never heard from us and that we hadn’t booked a pickup. Not a nice way to start out stay. So we find a cab that will take us, get to the hotel relize there is nothing around the hotel. Check in wa okay, the room was in awful condition. My pillow looks like it had been splattered with blood and when I looked at the other side it was dirty as well. I took it to reception and they gave me a new one. Room was in awful condition. Breakfast was included in the room. They asked us to order the night before and we selected eggs, toast and fruit, we are vegetarian. They brought us the eggs toast and frost along with four sausages and slices of deli meet, not a very nice surprise. I don’t see why they asked us to order ahead then bring us meat when we asked for none? The staff was pretty rude as well. This place need some work, I would never stay again. Oh and the WiFi didn’t work at all.

As you transport over the threasholf and into your room, you can’t help but think of Wes Anderson films. This hotel’s audatious features with pastel hues, creates of fusion of 1930s and 1970s travel. The staff are hands down fantastic and considerate towards helping you get the best out of your experience. The plumbing was an issue and left a bit of a smell, which was a big shame. Also the pool needed cleansing. Would we return.. To do a photo shoot yes. Place the hotel smack bang on a beach and definitely!

4⭐️ Hvordan?
Undre mig over at der står 4stjerner. De skriver der er to restauranter og pengeskab på værelset. Det passer ikke. Der var ikke noget klædeskab til ens tøj. Kun to bøjler. Ingen sengelamper og ingen tandkrus. Hver aften / tidlig morgen - hundegøende. Men ellers var værelserne rummelige og det virkede rent. Morgenmaden ?
