Große Wohnung mit 2 separaten Schlafzimmern, ziemlich nah zur Altstadt gelegen und auch fußläufig machbar zum Hbf. Die Wohnung selber benötig hier und da mal ein paar Schönheitsreparaturen. Für einen Kurztrip nach Krakau mit günstiger Unterkunft aber völlig ausreichend.

We were disappointed with the apartment as it didn’t have the amenities listed on the site ex: toaster, espresso machine and safe. The beds were clean and good but the few towels they gave us were thin and stained. They didn’t supply any kitchen towels and had a used sponge at the sink. When we asked for these missing items they just put us off. The place was not clean and we noticed a lot of dirty areas. The location was great so we certainly liked that part. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this particular apartment.

Ad said air conditioning and that is why I booked it and when I arrived there was no air conditioning so after a lot of back and forth we moved to the other otium building in the old town the next day with a room with air conditioning. This was very frustrating and inconvenient. The original room in the building outside of the old town did not feel clean at all.. couch is covered in stains and felt gross to sit on… black mold spots in the bathroom… counters did not feel clean. Did not have the luxury feeling like it did in the advertisement. The room in the building in the old town felt a bit cleaner. The communication with the ad booking and staff could be better. I would email them before staying to make sure your unit has air conditioning if that is important to you.

Perfect location, nice and quiet with both Biedronka and Zabka close by. Easy instructions with very late check-in and communication was perfect. Only very tiny things like napkins or bigger towels would be on the list of improvements. 😂

We are furious, first oh all the entire building is under renovations and we were not informed, The entire hall is filled with construction materials, the stairs are extremely dusty and smell like mold, the apartment smells like paint and it’s unbreathable, the “view” was not existent because the windows are covered in plastic wrap.

The apartment very very close to the castle and old town . I just didn’t like the 3 flights of stairs we had to go up as I struggle with stairs but if I was young and fit it would b an ideal place to stay

excellent location less than 10 minute walk to the centre, very clean, comfortable and close local 24 hour shops and amenities, lovely to come back to as so warm, excellent communication with otium apartments would stay again.

Only Otium
A perfect location for walking almost anywhere! The building is unmarked, but the owners gave perfect instructions for how to check-in, check-out, and arrange transport to the airport. It was quiet and cozy and I was sorry to not stay longer!

The Wow Factor
When you arrive at the apartment block, it looks a little run down, and this impression continues as you make your way up the staircase to the second floor, but then you open the apartment door and... wow, everything is very clean and well maintained and modern. There is everything that you need - a very small but well equipped kitchen, not that you'll be eating in much, small but functional bathroom including shower cubicle, lounge with TV [satellite] and dining table and large bedroom with very comfortable bed. Central heating and wifi are all included. The apartment block itself is ideally situated within 10 minutes easy walk of the iconic city square, and within roughly 30 minutes of almost all of the sites. We intend to visit again.

Lovely space in a convenient location
I stayed in the downstairs unit, #1A, and felt it was great solo, and could work for for 2-4 people (2 would be optimal). The bathroom was a little cramped, but aside from that it was a well appointed space--all the essentials needed to cook and live, for weeks if needed. And very importantly, at the bottom of the stairs with very easy access from the street. The location itself was easy walking distance to the main square. Only some very minor changes might be made to make the space function even better, but not anything most people would notice for a short stay.

The host was nice, quick response within a few minutes. The official check-in time was 3pm and we arrived there at 11am. Asked if we could check in earlier and the host let us check in as soon as the cleaning was finished, it was like 12pm. House was tidy and clean, and in a good location. Would definitely recommend it to all of you.

First visit to Krakow, and it was fantastic. The apartment was just perfect, great location, clean, and everything to high standard. Our host Ella, was really helpful and friendly. Would definitely go back to Krakow and stay at Otium Old Town Sarego. Just one negative , don't bother with the Hop on Off tour bus, it really bad and a waste of money.

The Otium was a great choice. The location was amazing, right in the middle of Square and Kazimierz. It was an easy walk to both. The apartment we had was perfect for us with a separate living room and bedroom. The beds were comfortable and the host Ela was very helpful and friendly. The balcony was really nice too. I highly recommend it.

Overall good.
Good location. About 5 mins walk to centre of town. We were on the ground floor and the bedroom was next to the main entrance door so quite noisy. Some WD40 would help! When choosing the room on the website it said queen size bed but was only a double. No English tv channels. We did ask the owner about this and she did kindly try and get it working for us but to no avail. Offered to let us watch in another apartment but none were working. Overall good. Clean and owner friendly and quick to help. Would stay again but not on the ground floor.

Walking distance to the old town.
Excellent location and the apartment was perfect. Enjoyed staying there and the host was extremely responsive. Would stay again. Also loved the little details of the maps of Krakow and a list of channels for the TV if I recall.
