'The pictures do not do this villa justice....this villa is amazing. The views, the cleanliness the accessories, utilities....everything utterly amazing! The walk into town and the beach wasnt too long (my 5 year old managed it) but the walk back upto the villa is quite steep. My mother isnt the best at walking so we generally got a taxi which was 10 euro each way. Would definitely recommend and hopefully we'll be back soon.'

'The owners (Kostas and Nell) are living nearby and assist you with anything you need. From good restaurants to car rental. The villa is very nice and privat. Airconditioning in all rooms. Everything you need is available in the villa. The swimmingpool is big enough to swimm in the morning. Avandou is located central on Rhodos and a good place to travel to all intersting sites on Rhodos. We will come back in the near future.'

'Zeer rustig gelegen, volledige privacy. Heerlijk zwembad en ligbedden en mooi goed onderhouden tuin, de poolman komt 2 x per week voor onderhoud zwembad. en de tuinman 1x per week. Een heerlijke woning welke wij zeker aanraden een huurauto is een absolute noodzaak. Woning is nogal basic ingericht en het advies aan de eigenaar is wel om meer aandacht aan onderhoud te geven. Veel werkte niet of was niet meer comfortabel. Daarom ook de titel perfecte perfecte prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.'

'We waren afgelopen september 2016 in villa Trapezia met ons gezin. Gastvrij onthaalt door de familie. Uitleg gekregen wat er in de omgeving te doen was/eventueel konden bezichtigen. We hebben heerlijk genoten van de mooie omgeving. We keken zo vanuit de tuin over de zee. Heerlijk ontspannen in en bij het zwembad. Geen verkeer en ander lawaai. Als je voor je rust komt is dit zeker een aanrader. De villa was zeer ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Voor ieder wat wils, zowel groot als klein....
