'Das Hotel liegt am Rande von Erfoud und ist als Selbstfahrer problemlos zu finden. Sehr schöne und gepflegte Hotelanlage im traditionellen lokalen Stil. Wir haben ein grosszügiges Upgrade erhalten, das Hotel war allerdings auch nur wenig besetzt, Sehr freundliches Personal, welches einen einwandfreien Service bietet. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und grundsätzlich sauber. Allerdings war der Wasserablauf der Dusche verstopft, was bezüglich Reinigung und Sauberkeit sofort Fragen aufwirft. Aber...

'Service, hospitality, staff were excellent. Mohammad, Yassin, The chef, & and the third server were warm, attentive and accommodating to our dietary needs. Few flaws of this property- this property is in a remote location, deep inside the village. Few rooms, particularly the nearest rooms to the office at the ground floor and the one at the top floor, smelled terrible. Not sure if the smell was related to the cleaning supplies used or the old wood furniture or unwashed area rugs in the room. '

'We couldn’t have felt more welcome. The hotel is out in the sticks, so you need transport to get around. The hotel is very helpful with arrangements, although it can get expensive. The Anima Gardens a 10 minute ride away, was worth visiting. The hotel is aging a little, but is very quaint and a good place to relax. It has solar as its primary power source, which tends to run low later on at night. That means that power and lights went out for us, which was interesting, but not too much of a...
