관리가 전혀 되지 않았고, 곰팡이. 침구에 구멍. 청소상태 엉망. 화장실 배수 안됨. 어메니티 전혀 없음.

We are very strict on these type of feedback as we always want to make sure that our guest have the best and most smooth check-in process. rest assure you that we don't have such rules in our suites. However, we do contact all our customers/guests ahead of their arrival time to make sure that they get inside their rooms as quick as possible. We will take the right actions to prevent such case from happening again in and upgraded our service to give the best in the future. We hope to have you again in our property. Stupid 24hour check in rule
There are special rule that property owner require guest to contact 24hour before check in. Instead of owner to contact confirming with guest. Only one access card was given. Hastle for guests of 4
