They change the name I think, and undergoes some renovation which the noise can be heard a little from inside the room. Parking area is okay, but the exit from parking is a little discomforting due to space limit Since the hotel currently doing renovation, apparently affect the food (a la carte breakfast and no room service) One of the TV channel also has no sound Other than that, the staffs are very friendly and good, while the room is very satisfying

Nice room worth the price...unfortunately,the cleanliness was a bit dissapointed..the mugs prepared in the room..were dirty...the bath tub also got fungus at the wall...the curtain drop out of sudden..and it could not be fixed..need to buy some equipments..they suggested to us to move to another room but we refused because its was 'ok' if only 1 layer of curtain left...the breakfast : less choices..

Staff service was really disappointment
Check in was done by an Indian lady, process taking as long as she taking her own sweet time , no smile at all as in we owed her money. Housekeeping never come back for turndown service which supposed to complete at 12pm as we requested when she came around 10am. So we continued our stay with full bin of rubbish. Prescott in KL Sentral so much better than here. Will never come back to phkj.

The rooms are generally quite , spacious ,also in the town center. The buffet breakfast is terrible, not much choice and hardly any selection, no service staff during break fast
