Groot resort hotel. Veel kamers. hotel wordt voornamelijk gebruikt voor groepen en conferenties. Kamers zijn netjes , iets gedateerd. Alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig. inclusief zwembad, spa, fitness. Gratis Wifi. Locatie is wat afgelegen. ongeveer 30-40 min vanaf KL sentral. Geen openbaar vervoer.

Goed hotel en erg vriendelijke personeel. Wel werd zowel mijn check-in als mijn check out door nieuwe staf of stagiaire gedaan met kleine haperingen en langzaam. Kamer is schoon, wel klein. De balkondeur is op slot en moet apart open gemaakt worden als je het balkon op wilt. Zoals in alle hotels, is de kamer een ijsbox wanneer je binnen loopt. Douche deur sluit niet goed waardoor de badkamer vloer behoorlijk nat wordt. Je moet van de architectuur houden: kolosaal, grote koepel etc. Ontbijt goed en gevarieerd. Heb in het Italiaans restaurant gegeten waar live muziek was (goede muzikanten!). Het eten was goed. Helaas was er een event in de kamer daarnaast waar luid door de microfoon gesproken werd. Ik heb voornamelijk dit hotel gekozen vanwege de locatie daar we bij Nexus International School moesten zijn.

Room: The room was infested with cockroaches!! Who would have thought Marriot reputation delivers such poor quality of service for their rooms. AC temperatures don’t hold steady despite being set as one. Washroom: The water pressure is not adjustable. One should be careful before splashing the tap on your body or worse still, if it’s splashed on kids and babies. Overall, it’s a horrid experience for the price charged. Utmost unacceptable!

If you want to pay for a 5star hotel and receive no star service and amenities then stay here. Wallpapers coming off the walls, outdated everything, ongoing renovations while people are sleeping. Not one good thing about this place and a shame that Marriott has done this. Shame on them and on this property.

Old building that looks like a government building with landscape that looks like public park. It hardly associates with a 5 star hotel and marriot brand with its facilities, with foul smells due to old furnishing. It is under construction/renovation too. However, I must give a shout out to the staff, from checking in to executive lounge, to spa and the GM, they are always friendly and making sure the imperfections are remedied. Marriot should be proud of the people.

It's a good property but as we booked it at a time when the hotel was having an event, the whole experience wasnt up to the mark. Couldnt get late checkout or extension of another day as the property was fully booked. We needed it as our flight was much later in the evening. The food at the multi cuisine restaurant Zest was not great. Staff tried their best to provide good service. So that was the only plus. Wouldnt consider staying here for our next visit though.

It's disappointing that this place doesn't feel like a marriott hotel. Checking in and out is very slow, so guests have to queue. Getting the bill at the restaurant takes a long time. The staff are cheerful and helpful though.

Not worth the money and too many hidden charge!!
Stayed here for 1 night with my family after a long flight. I paid it online. During the check in they told me they will charge us for sofa bed and they make up the room already. I was so tired to listen after 17hours of flight. I just paid and don’t want to argue. The room was disappointing. Old, dirty and dusty. The breakfast wasn’t that great too. The only point I give only for the staffs. The room service and maintenance guy was nice and very helpful.

Quiet stay
Hotel is 5 star but the condition is not. The cupboard and doors paint are peeling. Room looks tired and dated. Air con is not cold. However for 1 night stay it’s ok for me. Bed is big and comfy. There is a balcony which is nice. TV channels limited. There is tea and coffee making facilities. It’s very quiet at night that you can even hear the crickets! Free onsite parking. There is a free transfer to IOI mall every hour. The mall is huge and have lots of places to eat. I think this hotel is newer than the KL city centre one but this one seems to age faster lol.
