The hotel was great, service as well (via Whatsapp, before and after checking in and for checking out). We got a larger suite, because there was no spare bed left. Everything looks great, although the shower is cold and not that good.

I picked out this property because it was the best bang for the buck that I was looking to spend for our visit to KL. The suite is huge. I know it can be an apartment to live in permanently, but there's so much storage everywhere that one won't even know what to do with all of it. The views are the best being at the 35th floor with floor to ceiling windows in both the living room and bedroom areas. Even better is that the wall between these areas can open and with open shades, this brings in a lot of natural light into the suite. There's no balcony, but all good. The staff that takes care of the apartment is great and responsive, but one thing to note, be very mindful about when you're checking in. We arrived into KL at around 8am in the morning, but the suite could not be ready until almost 3pm. Be sure to make any arrangements necessary to avoid being stranded before check-in, especially when traveling with small children. In this case, I wish I had booked the night before. Overall, the suite really made the stay at KL amazing. Thank you!

I had a very dissapointing experience staying in this particular suite in SABA SUITES block C!!Instruction we're not given in proper upon entering the parking lot and we took the parking ticket instead of access card. Access card were not given in order for us to get into the parking lot. Ended up upon checking out we need to pay for the free parking!! Bathroom door knob is broken, Room aircond is not working in the middle of the night! Deposit was given upon check in and we were told to pay for the repair!! This is nuisance!

Dear Guest, Thank you for staying at Saba Suites!Regarding parking , It is allowed to exit for 15 minutes just but if it is more than 15 minutes you should pay 4 RM but if you want to put your car the whole day you should pay 16RM, and this is system in all hotels in kualalumpur, please visit us again to host you better

The Face Suits (Saba Suits) building is quite new and clean, on the top of roof has a swimming pool where can do daily swim and enjoy beautiful city views and take a sunbathing. In the Lobby has a small Cafeteria where can chat with friends. Inside the room all equipments are enough for living comfortable. I would love to living here and come back again😄

Großes Apartement mit allem was das Herz begehrt.
Es war ein schönes großes Apartment mit super Ausblick über die Stadt. Es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt im Haus, in dem man eine notwendige Verpflegung mit allem bekommt. Taxi ist direkt vor dem Haus und die Lage ist perfekt zentral und sehr nshe den Towers. Das Internet ist auch prima und man hat einen Tisch zum Arbeiten oder Essen.

Good location about 15-20 mins walk to main KLCC. Close to monorail station. Great views from pool deck. Suite was privately owned and administered separately. Good communication via Whats App. WIFI only available in the room. Not available at pool, bar or gym. Twin bed room was actually a double bed. Not ideal for adult children. 3rd bed was located off the laundry in a cupboard size room. Was good to have a washing machine. Looks impressive from the outside and in main foyer but apartment was not finished to the same standard. We did not self cater so did not need living/kitchen/dining space - would pay to get two hotel rooms next time.

Blick auf eine Baustelle
Es sollte mit Blick auf die Stadt sein, wir wollten den Sylvester im Zimmer feiern und Feuerwerk aus dem Fenster sehen. Es war der Grund, warum wir dieses Hotel gewählt haben. Leider war es nicht möglich weil gerade vor unseren Fenster ein Hochhaus gebaut wurde. Um überhaupt sehen zu können mussten wir für den Aufenthalt auf der Pool Ebene ca. 50 € bezahlen (im Preis 2 Bier erhalten). Beim Ankommen wurde uns Zimmer Schlüssel ausgehändigt und den Rest per Whatsup mitgeteilt. Den man haben wir dann nicht mehr gesehen, bei der Abreise sollten wir den Schlüssel auf dem Tisch liegen lassen, das war es. Zwar war das Apartment groß, dafür aber keine Steckdosen - nur am Küchenblatt und keine weiteren nicht mal am Schreibtisch. Fazit - enttäuschend.

We stayed on the 48th floor, had some of the best views in KL. It’s close to train station. Bed was very comfortable and room was quiet. The bar, restaurant and infinity pool on level 51 was amazing and had an amazing view of the city and twin towers. The pool area is a hidden gem.

Little confusing to check in.
Very nice and clean Hotel. It is little confusing at first. This unit is actually residential unit located at the face hotel. If you are going there by taxi. Make sure that copy the address. This hotel has nice swimming pool and bar. Please note that we cannot use bath towel at swimming pool. Make sure bring your own towel.

Апартаменты на 16ом этаже, очень замечательно оборудованы всем необходимым,даже стиральная машина есть. Отличный вид из окна. Очень здорово расположен бассейн на 51 ом этаже с видом на знаменитые башни Петронас. В общем класс. Советуем всем побывать в этом отеле.

Negatief: Personeel en service, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
This is a bare bones suite with no English TV, 4 Towels with no hand or face cloths. Water and food at a Seven Eleven no grocery store nearby. The elevators are very slow and they suggest that you leave 10 minutes early if you have an appointment. Muslim call to prayer wakes us at 5:15 am every morning. Not sure if he is on our 49th floor. No brochures as to the sites to see or the restaurants not too far away. Overall not what we expected. We got what we paid for,so it was not a big savings.

Dear Len, Thank you for staying at Saba Suites! We appreciate the time taken to share your experience. Regarding the TV we provide a TV box and you can watch any channel you want. There are many close grocery close to the suite and if you asked we would recommend for you we also provide a guide inside the room. We hope to welcome you back to our hotel very soon! Kind regard.

Tolle zentrale Lage und phantastischer Blick. Nur wenige Meter zum Hop-on Hop-off Bus und Einschienenbahn.

Do not Go there, Do not even Think, or imagine
Do not go to Saba suite at the Platinum! It is a Private Apartment operated separately from the Hotel! Reverse for the Face suite or contact to the hotel! If you use this one, you won't get any towels for the stay, and not kind. Very very bad memories Not Good, not kind, only the swimming pool is good, but there are other hotels have Nice pools

Dear guest, We do provide two towels for each room but not for the pool as known. We gave you our number when you arrived to contact us if you need any kind of help. Anyway we are so sorry about that and looking forward to hosting you again and better
