Important House Rules:

* Swimwear Only: Building management strictly enforces proper swimming attire. No cotton T-shirts or shorts allowed in the water.
* Pool Towels: We provide fresh indoor bath towels. Please bring your own towels for pool/gym use.
* Access Card: A valid access card is required to reach all facility floors.
* No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited at the pool deck and sky garden. Please use the designated smoking area on the Ground Floor.

Other things to note
To our beloved guest, kindly take note that:

1) Check-In: Guest is required to collect the access card from the reception at Ayatt lobby. Instructions will be provided before your arrival.

2) Occupancy: We ONLY allow the exact number of guest(s) mentioned in the Guest Itinerary. Extra guests must be declared for building security registration.

3) Timing: Early check-in is subject to availability at the time of arrival.

4) Save Energy: Please switch off all air-conditioners and lights when leaving the unit.

5) Strictly No Pets & No Smoking: This is a smoke-free unit. A penalty of RM500 will be charged for deep cleaning if evidence of smoking is found.

6) Safety: Guest is fully responsible for their valuables. Please keep your belongings secure, especially when at Level 10 (Pool/Gym) or Level 60 (Sky Garden).

7) Lifts: Agile is a 60-storey high-rise. During peak hours (11:00 AM – 1:00 PM), please expect slight delays for the elevators.

8) Renovation: As Tower A is newly completed, please expect some renovation noise from other units during weekdays (9 AM – 5 PM) and Saturdays (9 AM – 1 PM).

9) Power: Malaysia uses the Type G 3-PIN power plug.

We appreciate your understanding that some aspects, such as the building’s common services, lift speed, and facilities management, are beyond our control.

PLEASE TAKE CARE OF THE ACCESS CARDS. Loss or damage will incur a penalty of RM250 per card for replacement and reprogramming.

1st hour or part thereof: RM5.00
Every subsequent hour: RM4.00
NO CAPPED MAXIMUM RATE: Hourly charges accumulate (24 hours = ~RM97). Please be mindful!

Flat Rate (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM): RM10.00 per entry.

Host Tip:

*The parking uses an Automated Barrier System. Ensure your Touch 'n Go card has a minimum balance of RM20 or use a valid Debit/Credit card to enter.

*If you are staying long-term and do not have a private bay, we recommend parking at Wisma Chuang or TRX Mall for alternative daily rates, as visitor parking here can be expensive
