'The hotel was located in a neighborhood where there was homeless people sleeping on the street. So the shops nearby were not good and the shops that were there could early due to the crime. However if you walked a couple of blocks down you would find a nice area full of beautiful buildings mostly businesses like banks but not too many shops and restaurants. '

私たちのプランには1日50ドルのサービスが付いていたのですが、まとめて使えなかったので非常に勝手が悪かった．最終日のベットメイキングがあれ？掃除してくださった?という感じですそれが残念でした。'

'Great property, location, staff, upkeep, room etc.
This is a pricey choice but in my opinion we got our money's worth. All rooms are good size and very updated and have balconies. Staff was attentive, water was provided daily as well as some small goodies. The beach is very small but other beaches are close. The location is spot on Waikiki, an easy walk to the main street and all its amenities, tour busses, restaurants etc.'

'The condo itself was wonderful. Comfortable bed and in a great location. However the balcony is not small. It is tiny! And because they are working on it, we had no access to it. We couldn’t even open the door to it. There were instructions to operate the TV and get live programs. That didn’t work. The only way to watch virtually anything was to sign in to your own apps. We also tried to mirror our phones with the TV. That didn’t work either. '

'I really liked the friendly service and the cosey hotelbar.
The room was o.k. and clean when we arrived, but for me housekeeping came a little bit to early in the morning. I've mentioned that a couple of times at the receptiondesk but still they came at 8 am in the morning. So after a couple of days we hang up the do not disturb sign until we left the room (usually between 9 and 10 am) but they never came back at a later time so there was no more cleaning after that. 'It’s not as listed. We made a hotel change because our room had patio furnitures occupied due to the storm. I thought this was not arrangement for their guests. Good days or bad days, guest room should be used as furniture storage.

'Hotel is decent at a great location with lots of food options. We’ve stayed here a few times and breakfast buffet is always great. Love the happy hour drinks and snacks provided daily. We always book the 2 queen beds room here and it’s spacious (in Hawaii size) since we travel with our 2 children. Parking is very expensive and it seems to go up every year! '
