Less than 100m from the beach and accommodating up to eight guests, The Beach House is just right for a small family getaway to the beach or a relaxing couples escape, away from the hustle and bustle of those busy holiday hot spots.

The open-plan living dining is perfect for downtime together or enjoying meals with a view. The kitchenette has plenty of accessories to use, otherwise easily cook up a classic kiwi feast on the BBQ on the sundeck.

During summer, the indoor-outdoor flow is ideal when everyone wants to spread out and find a spot to relax. Lounge out on the sundeck with a cold drink as you soak up some vitamin D! Take your summer living outside and tuck into a meal together alfresco, with a view of Kūaotunu West Beach as your backdrop.

When it's time to get out on the water, the local boat ramp is a quick two-minute drive down along the beach.

The golden sands of the Kūaotunu Beach is just three-minutes walk from your front door. Leave the car at home, pack a picnic, and don't forget the sunscreen. When you feel like venturing out for a day trip or two, Matarangi, Rings Beach, Simpsons Beach, and Otama are all a short drive away. Whitianga, Cooks Beach, and Hahei are also fantastic spots when you are after a bit of adventure further afield.

Please be aware that the upstairs part of the house is separate from the downstairs unit and will be occupied during your stay.
