'This is an excellent location for Haleakalā sunrise and also the back road to Hana. I highly recommend leaving early and doing the back road to Hana, it was amazing to have the road basically to yourself until you reach PipiWai Trail. 'We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The junior suite was spacious, clean and provided a view on the ocean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and cool boxes are available to take to the beach. There is also a jacuzzi and small pool. Overall, a great stay in a quiet area of Maui.'

'Overall we had a wonderful stay as we visited on a family vacation with our 3 children. Staff were very friendly, pool was great, beautiful location! I will say though that the beds were horribly uncomfortable. My husband had to quite literally sleep on the couch cushions placed on the ground as the bed was extremely hard, shook constantly due to any movement. 'Nona Lani Cottages are cute cottages in a wonderfull garden setting. The beach is just across the road. The owner is a lovely lady who is friendly and very helpfull. I like that it is a local business and not part a big company. If you are looking for privacy, amazing flowers, and some nice relaxing time, the cottages are a great choice. '

'We had a lovely stay at Kevin’s condo. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked up on basic spices, condiments, coffee, etc which was a bonus. Kevin also provided beach supplies such as beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler, etc. The location is great. It’s close to many restaurants and right next to a beach where you can spot turtles! Also this place has a pool and hot tub jacuzzi which was our favorite after a long day. And there is laundry available in the condo complex...

'We were traveling with 2 other couples. We all reserved 1 bedroom units. We were all upgraded to 2 or 3 bedroom units, which was nice but only two of us were in close proximity. We were near the bottom of the hill and the other couple was at the very top. It would have been nice if we could have all been together. The rooms were nice, the only complaint I have is the AC unit above the bed in the main bedroom was quite noisy. The staff was very friendly and we loved the full refrigerator...
