'It’s a nice place but the owner needs to talk to the cleaners and the people at the reception. My room wasn’t clean and trash wasn’t for two days. You call the reception for so many times and no one will answer you only for you to walk up there and you will see the workers on their phone. The waitress at the restaurant are very friendly and good.'

'It wasn’t terrible, but the hotel is a bit far from the city center. The staff were attentive and well-intentioned. However, the breakfast was very poor. For six days, we kept eating omelet and bread. There were no slippers, tea, or coffee in the rooms—only a kettle. I honestly don’t understand what the kettle is for without tea or coffee. There was no shampoo in the bathroom either. The worst part was the constant noise coming from the water pump in the garden, which disturbed us all the time....
