'Pool was almost as advertised just wasn’t as hot as we expected. Basically room temp. Our internet was horrible. Kept kicking us off and couldn’t watch live tv because it would stop a lot. Place was beautiful and the staff was excellent. But for the price I was expecting a bit more of no hassle room issues. They do have free chauffeur service in local area and the staff was super helpful. '

'Seascape resort is something like a bad joke: the room is smaller than a hotel room in Bangkok or Hong Kong, the staff is uninterested and lazy (except for 2 or so sweet people like the breakfast lady in the restaurant), while I was there for 3 days (paid for 4 but left early) my room was not cleaned once and neither was my towel changed. 'We had too many issues. The toilet sink was clogged. The boat tour we had was different from the description and they still wanted to charge the full amount. The area doesnt have much activities. Everything you bring inside is subject to corkage. You have yo pay extra 17%. The only positive point are the staffs who are nice'
