It's just a quick stroll of 2 blocks to get to the ocean or the pier, so bring along your fishing gear and catch yourself some dinner.

At "Sunny Vacations Cottage", there are 2 Queen beds and 1 Full bed to rest your weary head, and a lovely screened porch to while away the evenings without fear of any mosquitos. High speed internet is complimentary, and you'll find Smart TVs with streaming by Chromecast in the bedrooms. There is also a DVD player if you want to bring along some favorite movies.

Occupancy 6: Three night minimum stay in Summer. Minimum two night stay other seasons.
Pet Policy: Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-refundable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking when the option to bring a pet and number of pets are selected. Nonrefundable fees are listed in the House Rules and animals must be disclosed via the Rental Agreement. Fees are not included automatically when booking on VRBO and must be paid separately to the host if you wish to bring a pet(s). Failure to disclose and prepay for dogs will result in penalty fees which are disclosed in House Rule #16.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
