'This is our third time staying at Pelican’s Perch and our family loves it! The house is furnished with basically everything you need. All we carry is our clothes and food. They have enough beach chairs and umbrellas for our family (5 adults, 2 toddlers and baby). You can sit on the deck with your morning coffee and watch the sun come up over the ocean. It is walking distance to several restaurants, a little mini mart and the fishing pier. A short drive to anything else. The 2 beds were memory foam which hurt my back, but others loved them. 'Really enjoyed Dreamer's Den. Host has everything you need there and more. Direct access to beach via boardwalk. Used propane grill for outdoor cooking and ate on back deck. Outdoor shower for use after ocean swims a nice feature. Very comfortable accommodations, including for our small dog. We would definitely go back.'
