Fresh linens and towels are included in the cleaning fee, so you can simply arrive and relax without any extra hassle. The fully equipped kitchen features updated stainless steel appliances, and the inviting living area offers a large flat-screen TV and a plush, oversized sectional—ideal for movie nights together. Convenient driveway parking is available for 2–3 vehicles.




The home features a spacious primary suite with a king bed and full bathroom, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom with a queen-over-queen bunk bed, plus access to a full hall bathroom.




Just a 5-minute walk to beach access, Tipsea Toes puts the ocean within easy reach. Guests also have access to beach amenities including bikes, surfboards, beach chairs, a beach roller cart, and more—offered as a courtesy and not guaranteed, as availability may vary.

-This is a DOG FRIENDLY HOME: A non-refundable Pet Fee of $250 will be added to your rental if you choose to bring your dog. The Pet Fee is $350 for 2 dogs. Contact us regarding dog rules at the beach.

-Maximum Occupancy: 8 Occupants - Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib.

-Tenant Requirements: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age, and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.

-Manager and owner of the rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.

-Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.

-No events or parties. If it is determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund.

-If determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions.

-No uninvited guests without permission.
