Otele girince karşilanmadik, odamıza bile kendimiz çıktık. Otelden çıkmak isteyince çıkamayacağımizi söylediler. Hotels.com aradık yabancı bı kadın açtı iletişim kuramadik. Restoranda yemek çeşitleri çok fazlaydı ama hiç biri lezzetli değildi. Orda çalışan bı kız yemeklerin hijyenik bir ortamda yapılmadığını söyledi, geçenlerde çalışma arkadaşlarinin yemeklerden zehirlendiğini söyledi. Odanın temizliği çok kötüydü komidinler silinmemisti yatağın altı tozdu. Balkon kapısını açınca altındaki tozlar uçuyordu. Minibar çalışmıyordu kokuyordu. Odaya su bile konulmamisti. Başlı başına rezalet bir tatildi.

When we checked in I was the main person in our group payment paid by us should have been given choice of rooms. Given no information of hotel when checked in. Entertainment evening was not much Karaoke. Need more chairs for evening not sunbeds. Food was reapetative. Rooms not that good or clean.

Ansvarig personal i receptionen var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam! Hotellet hade sämre standard än ett vandrarhem. Smutsigt överlag. Trasiga möbler. och inredning. Myror i rummet och sängarna.Badrummet saknade schampoo, balsam m m Buffén var varken kall eller varm och bestod av solkiga, enklast möjliga sallader (tomater, gurka och olika oliver). Till det fanns det två olika varianter av makaroner, pommes, gråa sladdriga kyckling-nuggets, vårrullar och sönderkokta bönor i tomatsås! Dåligt påfyllt med mat. Många fat tomma och porslinet trasigt! Brödhyllorna tomma och det bröd som fanns var torrt. Matsalen ostädad och dukarna smutsiga och slarvigt påslängda! Borden rengjordes med skitiga sopborstar vilka även användes på serveringsborden. Personalen bar smutsiga kläder! Allt var så äckligt så vi vågade vare äta av maten än mindre stanna på detta snuskiga hotell!

Very basic but friendly hotel. Views are spectacular. Big problem with lift doors closing while still exiting lift, got trapped on last day, painful! Obviously something wrong with sensors. Entertainment, apart from our last night which was excellent Turkish dancers, was very much directed at children, far too loud and music also far too loud. Comfortable bed although two single pushed together with one being higher than the other wasn’t very clever.

I do not accept your decision and my reasons are outlined below. I would like this case escalated to a manager at Expedia and taken seriously. 1) As Expedia customers we have a right to protect our health and you as a provider, have that obligation towards us. 2) Our rights were violated and our health was put at risk 3) Expedia, as a provider has to stand for its customer rights and protect them, especially when it comes to safety 4) We had to check out to another hotel and paid for it again. Necessary papers can be provided. 5) You, as Expedia are saying that hotels have rules, and in this situation, you protect those who do wrong and put people at risk. So hotels have rights and we don''t. 6) This is despicable and worthy to notify the health authorities. 7) Expedia is hiding the truth and putting people at risk by not taking it seriously. What if someone dies of a similar problem? Is Expedia going to turn a blind eye on this serious issue and hotel management who hide the truth and put false information on their page as a non smoking hotel? 8) We would never have booked this hotel if we knew guests are allowed to smoke on the balcony of the room where smoke travels inside as well what about the windy days. We are sure the guests smoke inside the room because there was an ashtray on the table. We have pictures to prove it and we can provide it to Expedia 9) Non smoking hotel is a non smoking, period, or it should have designated rooms and areas for smokers. Second hand smo

Ruoka aika keskinkertaista, tosin kylmät ruuat ja salaatit hyviä. Ruokailutila meluisa ja ruuhkainen, samoin allasalue. Vaikea löytää aurinkotuoleja ellei ole aikaisin liikkeellä. Sijainti ok, ison tien varrella, mutta liikenteen äänet eivät olleet häiritseviä. Huone oli iso, joskin vähän kulunut.

The layout of the hotel, the view, the staff, the food. was all very good. Only negative (for me) was the noise of the entertainment. In Pool facing rooms, even though double glazed, I could hear the music. And during the week the entertainment goes till 11pm or after and weekends later. If you do not like noise do not ask for pool facing rooms.

Bayram tatili
Bayram tatilimi en iyi şekilde değerlendirmek en önemlisi şehrin kargaşasından uzaklaşmak ve bir kaç günde olsa kafamı dinlemek adına tercih ettiğim panorama hill beklediğim sakinliği ve huzuru bana yaşattı. Otelin tek sıkıntısı yemekleri yemek bölümü vasat denebilecek kadar kötüydü kendini mutfak konusunda biraz daha geliştirirse başka bir problemi yok herşey harika.

A Hotel on a hill
We only stayed 2 nights the stay was good the food was good quality with a very large choice the staff are all very helpful the only downside is that the hotel is on the top of a hill if you want to walk anywhere it is quite a stiff walk back up to the hotel although there is a dolmus service outside the door of the hotel that will take you to the center of Kusadasi for 2 lira

İdeal uygun fiyatlı tatil
Konum olarak güzel ve otelin Deniz gören kısım odaları ideal. Yiyecekler lezzetliydi tek olarak otelin yeniliğe ihtiyacı var biraz eski bir otel

Çok ama çok kötü bir otel panorama hill
Otelin fotoğraflarla alakası yok berbat bir şekilde pis ve eski herşey dahil konseptinde gittiğimiz otelde hertarafın hijyensiz olduğundan dışarıda yemek yedik ve bu mini tatil bize pahalıya patladı ve sakın bu otele bu fotoğraflarla müşteri göndermeyin

Sürekli konaklama hizmetini dışarıdan alan biriyseniz fotoğraflarıdaki gibi renderlanmış bir konaklama sahası düşünmeyin. Kahvaltı vasat değil, ama iyi de değildi. Sadece manzara için seçmiştim fakat o da pencereli odaya verildik. Fiyatıyla kıyaslandığında tekrar düşünün derim.
