'The villa is on a gated community with stunning views across the marina and bay to the Aeolian Islands. The property is semi-detached with thin walls and the noise from next door at times spoilt our peace day and night. There is a massive balcony outside the downstairs bedroom (which is more of a suite) but it has no furniture apart from one chair. 'A very nice location with a gorgeous view. The mornings are incredible and the pool is perfect. Be prepared to climb the mountain as you are a ways away from the sea. No services nearby, quiet and relaxing. You need a car to get around. '

Es ist alles vorhanden, die Lage ist ruhig in einer Einfamilienhaus Wohngegend, das Meer nur wenige Gehminuten in Sichtweite (von den Balkonen) entfernt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber.
