'De medewerkers willen alles voor je doen, zeer vriendelijk. Behalve de receptioniste was niet aardig, onbeschoft gedrag. We moesten ivm wijzigjng mbt de vlucht (corona) een aantal uren langer verblijven. Kosten hiervoor 252 euro!
Auto huren via het hotel is zeer duur, ook de luchthaventransfer. Kun je beter elders boeken.'

'This was a fantastic place to stay in Sicily: Not only did it have a pool that we used constantly during the heat wave, but it's also a few minutes' walk from the beach, has AC, and has beautiful views of the island. Palermo is an easy bus ride away, and there are fantastic restaurants nearby. I would particularly like to call out the hotel staff for being immensely helpful. 'This hotel was probably wonderful at some point, but is way past its prime. The swimming pools were dirty or even closed, even though we chose this hotel specifically because of the pools. The entrance to the beach was closed as well. The rooms were comfortable, yet very sparse. The light in the room is far too bright and clinical.
