'The beds were comfortable and the rooms clean. The Fireside Lounge food was good. It was difficult to find the menu and order from our room so I just went to the door to order and wait for it.'

'We had a very nice stay at the Versante hotel, close to Vancouver airport, on the last day of our holiday in Canada and Alaska. The personnel is very friendly, always helpful and friendly, whatever the request. The hotel has clean rooms, a quality bathroom and amenities. The pool is nice too, although it’s next to the airport. I can recommend the hotel to anyone, for leisure or business.'

'The location was convenient with skytrain, the hotel room was dated and it was smelly. The sheets and towels had stains and the carpet was really really dirty. Our socks turned black. We didn’t receive sufficient towels and no complimentary water in the room. '
