'No wi-fi for over a day! They did offer us an additional night free. Room had sat for awhile, not cleaned regularly. There was a gritty substance on the bathroom vanity top, which washed off with a wet wipe. The floor was tiled and sand was found in the grout lines. Otherwise room was clean, bed linens appeared to be clean, sink, shower and toilet were clean. We did have to manually empty the dehumidifier as it was not set up to drain automatically. 'The breakfast was great. Waffles, eggs, coffee, juice excellent! I think it can be better by adding fresh fruit like bananas, melons ect but it was great and fulfilling. My stay was very relaxing, quiet and staff was very helpful, pool was very nice as well as gym. The only thing that I was wish was a little different … the beach, it was across the street but you have to walk always to cross over the four to five lane street to get to light for crossing. 'Friendly staff, in my stay for a week no making the bed or clean sheets, i had to ask for new towels. Only 4 chairs at the pool and every day i had to ask to open the pool. The hotel is a bit noisy but i felt save and welcome due to the staff.'
