'Spectacular location and the treehouse was amazing. The resort is tired though, and the dining facilities themselves are fine but the crockery was dirty. We are glad we visited, but one night for us was perfectly enough.'

'We got to the property late , we informed the desk that we are running late . Not properly maintained property . Their bed Sheets towels , pilllows are full of stain and dirty . No coffee service anything you ask they don’t have. Expedias reputation will go if you keep this property in the list . '

'Stay was great. But they have included the waterfall in the advertisement but the waterfall was not working. I have waited over 15 minutes. But otherwise, the stay was great. Staffs were professional. The food was very expensive. '

'Front desk and management were superior! The area around the properties were lovely and wild! The rooms are nestled amid the trees and the morning bird calls are so serene. The rooms are a little old-fashioned, but everything worked and the room was spotless. A great place to stay.'

'I took this hotel to meet with my two school friends from Muvattupuzha for a maximum of two hours evening time. Hotel was nearly empty. Had one of the worst experience in my life. Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent.. I checked in at 5pm and vacated at 7pm. Took another hotel Kabani , with much more facilities and wonderful staff and paid less money. I wanted to write more but i think it is waste of time.
