'I have written a complaint to this property, asking to (1) be put in contact with its owners and (2) ask for a refund - as it is NOT in the state that is being promoted at all... with no luck of decent/acceptable feedback or engagement or response to my requests, basically NO engagement or cooperation at all. I had to leave this property within less than 2 hours of arriving, as I did not feel comfortable to stay there. Of course, this property also does not offer any stay with a refundable...

'The Grant Estate (Eighteenth) is set in a beautiful setting close to the long beach. It has a lot of facilities on site ie: pool, tennis courts, club house with bar and restaurant. The golf greens are superb and are a pleasure to be around they are perfectly groomed. The apartments are very contempary and are beautifully kept. It was a pleasure to stay we only wish it were longer.'

'Very nice owners. Very accommodating. My only complaint is the power went off in the night and it was hot! Didn’t sleep much. Otherwise convenient to the airport and good parking.'
