Aardige personeel
Het was een goede hotel, de personeel was super behulpzaam. De kamers waren heel schoon, ze hebben aan alles gedacht. Van tandenborsten tot aan scheermes. Top hotel!

Zeer goed hotel!
Hotel is zonder meer goed. Prijs-kwaliteit verhouding goed. Bediening, in het algemeen, zeer vriendelijk en goed!

Very good, considering the circumstances.
A few rockets overhead. Of course, it was expected. Otherwise, it is a very safe neighborhood with the convenience of the supermarket next door. Comfortable bed and decent shower. Would've prefered that the sheets were changed more often, otherwise, it was a very good and comfortable stay.

I had a family apartment, and it was pretty nice. It was actually two separate rooms joined by a hallway. he elevator wasn't working, and then room was on the 5th floor. I couldn't call my heavy suitcase up, so had to leave it in the car. Very inconvenient. No on-site parking. We had to park in Novus parking lot.

Ok, but nothing exceptional
I think my experience has been shaped by the fact of Covid And that should be taken I to account when reading this. The place is ok, I wouldn’t say it’s anything special or exceptional, but the service is a bit of a let down particular when it comes to the breakfast that’s included, again I think this is due to Covid though. Breakfast is What appears to be shop bought wrap, a muffin and a large actimel type drink

I recently stayed at this property. It’s nice and clean. But I booked a suite and they gave me a family room, telling that there’s a problem with a bathroom. I was told that it will be switched in 3-4 days but it wasn’t . I stayed there for 2 weeks. It was quite upsetting. Because of the corona virus the kitchen was closed. With all this I would give a 3 star.

Very clean, tidy and convenient. Just wasn't aware that I would be charged a "tourist tax" on checkout. Ukraine doesnt want tourists? Or it was an addition from the hotel? Perhaps this should be made apparent on Hotels.com I cant remember being charged a tourist tax before.

Preis-Leistung passt
Wir waren beruflich unterwegs. Das Hotel ist sauber und schlicht. Vom Flughafen ca. 35 min mit dem Auto entfernt, in die Stadt 10 min mit dem Auto, da ist auch metro in der Nähe wir haben es aber nicht benutzt. Kein Spa und keine anständige bar :) war etwas ungemütlich auch frühstück eher mittelmässig. Dafür aber mit Wasch-Service, das hat mir sowas von meinen Vortrag gerettet. Wir hatten die junior suite, alle suits sind wohl auf der gleichen Seite wo die Fenster direkt auf der Seite gegenüber einer Fabrik liegen. Das war uns nachts zu laut, so dass wir auf Standard-Zimmer wechseln mussten - war genau so schön nur kleiner. Beide Zimmer hatten eine kleine Küche mit allem was dazu gehört. Mal schauen, ob wir wieder kommen werden.

Unter einem guten Frühstück verstehe ich etwas ganz anderes. Wenn ich eine Tasse Kaffee angeboten bekomme inclusive und die nächste bezahlen muss dann finde ich das überhaupt nicht in Ordnung. So etwas ist mir vorher noch nie passiert.

Every feature of this hotel was superb. I liked that it is a small hotel. The free breakfasts were excellent, too! Staff was pleasant. The location was central.

Very nice, bur expensive
Very nice hotel in the outskirts of Kiev but near bus and Metro. Fast check in, nice, clean and very comfortable room. Even the ac was very quiet. Facilities are limited but ok. For ukrainian hotels, BonApart is very expensive, but if you want high quality room, try it.

Lovely small hotel but warm and cosy.
The location is quite good within easy taxi service . The staff was good and very friendly and helpful. The room was big and comfortable. Breakfast was simple but good. My stay would be more memorable if there was no heavy snowfalls..but it was nice to see snowfalls in Spring.!!

Good hotel with helpful staff
Good hotel with helpful staff. Great value for money. The only issue I had was the location of the hotel itself - it was a bit "off", but you could still take a taxi anywhere, so that wasn't a big problem. The other thing was the free wi-fi wasn't of the greatest quality, sometimes things would take a while to load.

This is a very well presented hotel with well trained staff and comfortable rooms. Even though it's further out from the city centre I would stay here again!

Perfect for my business trip
A new hotel. Clean, tidy and convenient. The room was apartment style complete with stove top, kettle and microwave. Location is also a safe neighbourhood near the Metro and cafes along with famous monument of course.
