practical, close to metro
Booking done mostly because of discount and situation (close to metro and trainstation). To our surprise the room was a 3 pax room as advertised but that is not 2 or 3 beds. Got a good double and a fold-out couch and how to "open" it was our puzzle, not theirs. At the reception they were too businesslike (that is what you booked, sir) so i did not insist on help. The sheets unsuitable for couch being too small. i left it like that, my choice. But overall: price right, situation good and breakfast good.

het was een aangenaam verblijf, hotel was netjes en goed, kamer was iets klein maar voor de rest was het hotel prima, personeel was heel aardig.

uitstekende service
na een paar nachten in typisch oosteuropese omstandigheden, was de kamer in Ibis echte luxe. Maar vooral de service van het personeel was geweldig. Ook goed geholpen bij het kontakt met de politie nadat we het slachtoffer waren van zakkenrollers. De afstand naar het metrostation was vrij groot, maar het treinstation was daarentegen weer dichtbij. In de buurt zijn wat eetgelegenheden. Met de metro ben je in twee haltes in het hartje van Kiev.

this hotel is in a very good location near the University Metro Station and also the Central Train Station and the pricing for the room was reasonable. Also, there is a very good breakfast available every morning from 6 to 10 AM, with a good selection of bacon, sausages, eggs, waffles, different side dishes, fruit and all at a good price. I like this hotel very much and I have stayed there several times already when I have been in Kyiv.

Very good location, easy to walk to everywhere, Train Station and Metro Station 15 minute walk from hotel, many goo restaurants within walking distance, also the Botanical Garden is not far. Breakfast buffet is good, both hot and cold food options, fresh fruit, pastries, bread, juices, coffee, tea. Desk personnel speak Ukrainian, English and Russian. Probably the only drawback for me here is the room was very small and it was very difficult to get into the shower stall because of how the bathroom is arranged, I would have given this hotel 5 starts except for that and I will still stay here again.

Loved to stay in IBIS hotel in Kyiv
I had a room facing the Tarasa Schevschenka blvd on the 13th floor. Nice view at night. The room is small but ideal for solo travelers like me or even a minimalist couple. Housekeeping was daily and clean, bed was comfortable. Would be nice to have a cooker (to have some tea or late coffee) in the room. Reception is very helpful, kind and welcoming. Breakfast is very good. Very close the central train station, metro and walking distance to so many attractions around the city.

اسواء موظفه في اوكرانيا عندهم اسمها والقاء Olga
فندق مثل باقي ٣ نجمات لايوجد خدمة حمل الحقائب والثلج انت تاخذه لحد ١٠ بالليل وبعدها يقفل المطعم، لازم سيارة اذا بتروح الشارع الرئيسي خريشات مافيه حوله اي شي الا بالخلف مطعم افطار ممتاز كيف كروسان وقريب منه مررره تروح مشي نايت كلوب مشهور بس كله ربعنا لذلك ما دخلته، فيه سوبر ماركت نهاية الشارع وكنتاكي وصراف سعره ممتاز ايضآ يوجد مول اخر قريب منه صغير المول مافيه مطاعم وتصميمه غريب. ميزة الاوتيل انه نظيف لكن الغرف مرررر صغيره والحمام اصغر. يضعون زجاجات ماء ٢ عند اول الاقامه بعدها انت تروح تأخذ منهم كل يوم !! وفيه مررره رحت واسوا موظفه قابلتني بكل اوكرانيا اسمها Olga وإلغاء مرررره سئية وأسلوبها كذلك سئي وجلست تستهبل علي وبعد ما طلبت المشرف او المدير بلغوني انه ما يداوم الا ٨:٣٠ الصباح. بصراحه فرعهم الي في لفيف فوق الممتاز وكذلك موقعه وانا سكنت فيه اكثر من مره انصح في الي بلفيف
