とてもキレイで良かった。我が家にはこのような宿泊施設があっている。ある程度広くて寛げるけど、ホテルのようなサービス(ルームサービスとかラウンジとかベルボーイとか)がない分安い。 アメニティなども最低限あって、なんの問題もない。満足。

宿泊した部屋は家族4人にぴったりの大きさで、窓から大文字焼きの大が見えます。 大きなダイニングテーブルとキッチンがあり、スーパーや錦市場で食材を買って部屋で食べる事が出来ました。毎夜、子供連れでレストランに行くのは避けたかったので大変助かりました。 一階にランドリーがあり、部屋にハンガーや洗濯干しの道具もあります。 すぐ近くに二条城、御金神社があり、徒歩15分くらいで錦市場、六角堂があります。散歩を兼ねてこれらは歩いて行きました。 気になったのは、部屋のサイズの割にエアコンの出力が弱いのか、かなり高い温度に設定しないとなかなか暖かくなりませんでした。しかし加湿器もあるので、乾燥が気になる事なく過ごせて良かったです。 京都に来る時は友人にも是非おすすめしたいホテルです!

尊敬的顧客, 非常感謝您為我們留下寶貴的意見和評論。 請允許我們向您真誠地解釋與説明一下, MIMARU作爲新型的公寓式酒店不同於傳統的酒店,所以在清掃方面的方式也會相對的有所不同。 每天只會做簡單的清掃,包括回收房間裏面的垃圾以及更換使用的毛巾,浴巾。入住時間為4天以上的客人酒店會每4天一次進行入住打掃,包括清潔地板以及更換床單。所以在地板清潔以及跟換床單方面之會每4天打掃一次,並不會每天都打掃。 非常感謝您真誠的意見,我們也會將您的建議反映給酒店相關部門,今後也會進行相關探討。 我們也真誠地期望您和您的家人在這次的日本之旅能夠玩的舒心與愉快。 我們期待有緣與您的再相會,祝願您擁有心情美好的一天。 MIMARU KYOTO KARASUMAOIKE NORTH Front Desk Team

MIMARU作爲日本新型的公寓式酒店不同于日本傳統的酒店,在房間空間設計上十分地合理。中心理念是希望家人和朋友能夠一起歡樂地入住酒店,所以房間都比較寬敞。在中心理念下,每一家MIMARU都有自己獨特的特色,有的MIMARU還有2閒連通的房間,期望下次您有機會和您的家人有機會去體驗MIMARU的各種不同店鋪。 房間裏面自帶的小厨房方便家人和朋友在一起製作晚餐,距離酒店步行3分鐘左右會有一個小型地超市。裏面可以購買基本地食材和水果。步行5分鐘左右可以到烏丸御池的2號出口,但是2號出口沒有電梯只有樓梯如果有許多行李的情況下建議大家從3號出口出來。 也非常感謝您對我們飯店人員的稱贊,我們一定會再接再厲為前來入住的客人提供我們最好的服務。 酒店全體工作人員真誠地期望在明年櫻花盛開時與您的家人和朋友能夠再次相見。 祝願您和您的家人在新的一年身體健康,萬事如意。 MIMARU KYOTO KARASUMAOIKE NORTH Front Desk Team

Brand new hotel - Winter 2019. Hotel is clean, in a nice neighborhood, and staff are friendly. The closest subway is a 5 to 10 minutes walk. The hotel is located on a quiet, residential street. Our family room had bunkbeds plus 2 twins. All beds had duvet covers, which we all liked. All beds had usb ports next to them. Having a kitchenette and table was really convenient and the extra space made our room more comfortable. I would book this hotel again.

Very thoughtfully laid out design and made for very comfortable stay as with all the Mimaru chains I’ve had a chance to stay in. Convenient location in quiet neighborhood. Guests and management should that ceiling above a portion of the bunk beds does not provide for sufficient clearance and could result in one bumping ones head should one sit up.

Great place for traveling with family
Awesome hotel for family. The location is near to subway that brings you to many places in Kyoto. It is near places of interest like Nijo castle, and we like the Japanese style interior.

The most helpfull staff. They were so lovely to make a reservation for us at temple prior to our arrival. They went out of their way to help us. The apt is comfortable and clean and near market, drug store and so close to to Gion , River, canals

다다미방 느낌과 함께 일본풍임에도 현대식 느낌을 물씬 풍기는 숙소라 참신하고 좋았습니다. 숙소 자체도 청결하고 직원들의 고객 응대도 친절해서 좋았구요. 아파트형에 숙소에서 취사도 가능하고 방이 넓은 편이라 맘에 쏙 들었네요. 니조성이 근처에 있어 관광하는데도 편합니다.

V Comfortable and peaceful place to stay, convenient to go anywhere as train station nearby Staff speaks v good English and Super nice and friendly. My kids loved their hospitality so much! The double decker bedroom were big and spacious for family of 5. comfortable beds toiletries good and daily cleaning provided. Overall a clean, relaxing stay for us! We loved it!

The location of the hotel is very near to the subway and accessible to supermarkets and eateries. The Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel provided a very good guide to places of interests, shopping and restaurants and they even provided a handy smartphone for you to bring out to navigate your way. Great accommodation for family with young kids. Will definitely stay here again!
