HostnFly offers this beautiful 115m² chalet, with GARDEN and TERRACE, ideal for a mountain holiday in summer or winter and accommodating twelve people.
It's ideally located on the Confins plateau (Nordic ski area), 5 min by ski from the La Balme lift station (downhill skiing) and 11 min by car/free shuttle from the center of La Clusaz.

Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost.


## Logement
The family chalet, rated *, includes four bedrooms: two bedrooms with a double bed (140x200), one bedroom with two single beds, and a dormitory with six single beds (90x190), a large bathroom (2 toilets, 2 sinks, 2 shower cubicles), a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a living room with a fireplace (firewood not provided).

Bed linen and towels are available at an additional cost.

Enjoy the GARDEN and the TERRACE to admire the magnificent VIEW over the Confins valley and the Aravis mountain range, and to have spontaneous snowball fights in winter and barbecues in summer!

To make your stay comfortable, you will have at your disposal: parking, Wi‑Fi, hairdryer, television, washing machine, filter coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, raclette machine, barbecue, and garden furniture.

The chalet is equipped with a travel cot and booster seats for children.

Professional cleaning is carried out after each stay.

## Emplacement
Known worldwide for its ski area, La Clusaz is a town in Haute Savoie located at the foot of the famous Aravis mountain range. The town offers a breathtaking view of the mountains, including the Mont Blanc. Winter and summer alike, you can recharge your batteries thanks to its nature and its heritage, rich in history. Its ski area is spread over 4 massifs (Balme, Aiguille, Etale and Beauregard), so you can wander around as you please, on skis or snowboard in winter, but also on foot or by bike in summer. You can enjoy all sorts of activities in summer and winter: zip line, pony rides, golf, sledging, skiing, paragliding, via ferrata, snowshoeing, Nordic skiing, hiking... On the plateau des confins, you will find rental services (snowshoes, bicycles, skis...), restaurants and sale of farm products. The center of the village is 11 minutes away by car or by free shuttle. You will find everything you need: stores, ski rental services, ski school, supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants.
