This property is in the centre of the village, next door to the ski school meeting point. And with the bars, restaurants and shops of La Clusaz on your doorstep, there's no need for a car when you stay at La Ferme à Juju - just park it up (there are three parking spaces) and forget about it.

The owner of the chalet has an apartment on the ground floor, so is available should you need advice about things to do and see during your stay.

Decorated with farming implements found during the renovation, this ancient barn is a real find in the heart of La Clusaz.

It sleeps 8 people in 4 bedrooms - 3 doubles and one twin, but the star feature of this property has to be the spacious living area, with huge exposed beams, stone fireplace, pine furniture and Savoyard-style soft furnishings.

The kitchen is well equipped, with everything you'll need to cater for a large group, and there is plenty of room at the huge dining table for everyone to eat together. There are two cosy seating areas, and the balconies of three of the bedrooms overlook the village - great for people-watching!

The balcony off the dining room, with views onto the piste in winter and the garden in summer, is the perfect place to catch the morning sun, but on winter nights, snuggle up in front of the open fire or make the most of the apres ski just minutes from your front door.

Whatever the season, you will appreciate the hammam and the jacuzzi after a long day in the mountains...

Skiers of all abilities can ski right to the door of this superbly-located apartment.

There’s a ski lift right next door to La Ferme à Juju, and the Aravis ski pass gives you access to 220km of pristine pistes in La Clusaz, Le Grand Bornand and Manigod. The weekly flood-lit descent in La Clusaz is a must! The local ESF ski school meets for beginners’ lessons next door to the apartment, and cross-country skiers will find great terrain at Lac des Confin and the Glieres plateau, just a short drive or ski bus ride away.

Non-skiers will have no time to be bored either, with an ice-skating rink and cinema in La Clusaz, as well as sledging, snow-shoe walking, dog-sledding and sleigh rides. If you’re looking for the ultimate in relaxation, let your cares float away in the heated outdoor pool at La Clusaz, while the snow falls gently around you.

At La Ferme à Juju, there’s no end to the summer activities and entertainment.

Walking or biking in the mountains is a pleasure, and all the hard work is done for you if you take the ski lift to the top and bike or walk down at your own pace - take a picnic and make a day of it, or treat yourself to lunch at a mountain restaurant, many of which are open all year round.

Adrenalin junkies can try paragliding, canyoning, climbing, mountain-biking or white-water rafting. Via ferrata is a great family day out, with children as young as eight able to explore the mountains safely on iron walkways, secured to a harness.

There are several golf courses within an hour of La Clusaz, and children will love the outdoor swimming pools in La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand.

A day out in the medieval town of Annecy is a must - spend the morning exploring the shops and markets of this canalised town, enjoy lunch at a lakeside restaurant and then spend the afternoon on the beach or hire a boat and viist some of the beautiful vvillages around the lake.
