Les Recorbaz, a spacious, recently built, 4-star family chalet, is located at an altitude of 1200 meters and boasts exceptional panoramic views of the entire Aravis mountain range. It consists of two adjoining, completely independent semi-detached chalets (which can be connected for rental together). Its proximity to the ski slopes, its peaceful and privileged location, its high level of comfort, and its functional amenities make it the ideal place for your family holiday, combining relaxation and sport. Nestled at an altitude of 1200m, Chalet Les Recorbaz R2 is an ideal choice for a mountain getaway, whatever the time of year. The entrance is through the garage, where you will find sleds available for children and adults to enjoy on a pleasant slope. of our property. The first floor gives you access to the first bedroom, with a double bed and bathroom. On the next floor is the very sunny living room and the fully equipped kitchen with appliances for enjoying delicious family meals. A large table for 10 people will allow you to share delicious raclette and fondue (equipment provided). The large bay window in the living room offers a unique view of the Aravis mountain range and provides access to a balcony with an east-west exposure. On the same level you will find the second bedroom with two single bunk beds, a double sofa bed, a reading area and its own bathroom. The two other bedrooms are located upstairs, also with a bathroom: one bedroom (double bed) with a magnificent view of the Aravis mountains, and the last bedroom with two single beds and a small balcony. To access the slopes you have several options: - a parking space is reserved for you at the bottom of the Chemin du Cortibot for direct access to the slopes that descend to the Bossonnet chairlift and give you access to the Aiguille massif - you can also park in the La Balme parking lot, the best ski area of the estate, less than 5 minutes by car from the chalet (free parking)
The apartment has board games for winter evenings with the family. As you may have guessed, Les Recorbaz is primarily a chalet (apartment) for enjoying quality time with family. Access to chalet R2 is through the garage. There are two parking spaces in front of the chalet. Snow tires or chains are mandatory. The access road to the chalet is regularly cleared of snow. Les Recorbaz is a chalet with two apartments, each with its own entrance. For everyone's comfort, please refrain from parties. Our chalet is exclusively for families.
