The staff was super friendly and very timely with any questions I had. I had a small efficiency and there is a nice grocery store one block away. 'We had a nice stay in this hotel. The location in the middle of the coffee fields was unique. Although the service in the restaurant was a bit slow we were served fantastic food. The tenderloin steak was the best. Beatifully appointed large rooms, enough to sleep the four of us. We would have loved to join the coffee tour but apparently the last one leaves at 14.00 hrs. All in all we would definitely stay here again.'
