'I really liked this house, there was plenty of space and gorgeous views from the top terrace. The neighbours were friendly and there is a great local restaurant/bar about a minute’s walk away and another bar about two minutes walk away. Checking in with Gail, who looks after the house was easy and she is a mine of information having lived in the area! Although parking can be tricky near the house, there is a municipal car park about 5 mins walk away ( I always use the car park when I visit...

'Zeer goede ontvangst door dame. Huisje maakt een beetje verwaarloosde indruk. Heel dicht bij autostrade die toch wel veel lawaai maakt. Dit wisten wij niet op voorhand. Heel veel materiaal, kookgerei, dit was prima.'

'We had a relaxing time in Chalice's peaceful house in Xativa Old Town. Living and sleeping areas were comfortable. We felt that a few details in the kitchen and bathrooms still needed attention, and the double bedroom pictured is a level away from the nearest shower; but in general the house is pleasant to be in, Xativa is a most interesting and appealing town, and Chalice was very welcoming and helpful.'

'Die Aussicht ist beeindruckend und einfach unbeschreiblich. Es gibt eine Outdoor-Küche und der Pool ist auch toll. Unten am Pool lagen einige leere Petflaschen und im Haus schauten an einigen Orten Kabel aus den Wänden, nicht ganz optimal. Die Küche ist gut eingereichtet wenn auch etwas unübersichtlich eingeräumt. Der Vorratskasten sollte mal wieder entrümpelt werden. Wir hätten uns noch ein paar Infos zu Haus und Umgebung gewünscht (Recycling, Wifi-Code, things-to-do, etc...) alles in allem...

'La casa está bien, es espaciosa, está bien equipada y tiene una localización estupenda a menos de diez minutos de la playa. La atención del dueño a la llegada fue buena, y la provisión de artículos de higiene y limpieza también fueron correctas. La estancia se vió empañada al encontrarnos mucha suciedad acumuluda, arena en las duchas y las pilas de las cocinas, manchas de maquillaje (espero) en un retrete, grasa acumulada en las paredes de la cocina e incluso ropa sucia de anterirores inquilinos...

'It was a bit disappointing, the house looked better in the pictures than in reality. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 room with a double bed and a halve open bathroom in the room, the other (small) room has a single bed. Anyone sleeping in the small room has to go into the other bedroom to use the toilet or shower (open area) which of course is ridiculous. The kitchen was well equipped. There’s no dishwasher, no kitchen towels and not even salt and pepper, the basics. The entire house has 1 airconditioner...
