Facing the sea, facing south, this Provencal house of 50m2 on 2 floors can accommodate a large family or 2 couples with children (max 8 people) - 3 bedrooms

You will find:

Upstairs:
- 1 master bedroom with a 140*190 bed
- 1 bedroom with 1 single bed 80*190, 1 bunk beds 90*200 and 1 mezzanine bed 90*200 (for more than 12 years), so 4 beds
- the bathroom equipped with a bath/shower, a vanity unit, a large closet and a washing machine
- separate toilets

Downstairs/garden level:
- 1 small bedroom that can be configured with 2 twin beds of 80*190 or 1 parental bed of 160*190
- the fully equipped kitchen open to the living room (dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee percolator)
- the pretty living room to rest in the cool
- a small alcove allowing you to work in peace, facing the terrace.
- a library or board games area, as spaces to rest during the hot hours of the day

The farmhouse has reversible air conditioning.

Outdoors:
A beautiful flowered terrace of 40m2 with a large garden table and its 8 chairs to enjoy the beautiful summer evenings, as well as a "lounge" area for the aperitif, it's sacred!
A large umbrella to protect yourself from the sun at noon

In the residence, you will have free access to a large swimming pool and a children's pool, open from the beginning of June to the end of September, a pool-house restaurant, 4 tennis courts, 2 ping-pong tables and a petanque court.

Location
The farmhouse is 2 steps from the town centre of La Croix Valmer (200m) where you will find all the useful shops and 100m from the weekly Sunday market.

To park, there is a private parking space and another public square nearby.

In summer, free shuttles take you to the beaches.
You will be spoilt for choice: Sylvabelle (3 km), the landing beach (3 km), Gigaro (5km), l'Escalet (10km), etc.

Finally, to go out, Gassin is 4 km away (one of the most beautiful villages in France), Ramatuelle is 6 km away, Saint-Tropez, 10 km away...
The wild islands of the Levant are accessible by boat from the port of Cavalaire: the Natural Park of Port-Cros, Porquerolles etc
To visit nearby: the Abbey of Thoronet, the Chartreuse de la Verne

For lovers of walks and hikes, you will enjoy the customs paths all along the coast.

Gigaro beach is the starting point of the coastal path (hiking and mountain biking) and the marine trail; you have a mini-market open 7 days a week from March to October with a bakery area and international newspapers, restaurants on the waterfront with a view of the islands of Port-Cros and Levant.

The beach of l'Escalet is 7km away and the beach of Pampelonne are 10km away
You can come without a car by the TGV from the stations of Toulon or Hyères, or by plane to Hyères airport. Then either by taxi for 1h30 drive (between 150 and 200€ depending on the day and time), or by bus Zou (3 €) which drops you off 450m from the house at the roundabout of disembarkation.
