'-5 stars. Charged me for a smoking fee and I don’t even smoke. Staff are very impolite and laughed at me over the phone when I said I would dispute the charge. Bunch of crooks. Spend your money elsewhere.'

'The apartment was very clean, and free of clutter. Everything that we needed for a weekend stay was provided. I did not have to communicate with the host during my stay. We stayed in October; the weather did not permit using the pool facility. '

'I like the hotel and the neighbourhood is really nice. The good: the bed and the room in general, and also the staff is very welcoming. The bad: we had a huge room even with a kitchen but the shower was really tiny. Also we were very disappointed that the speakeasy / cocktailbar they use in almost all their marketing messages was closed for both nights of our stay. We were very much looking forward also to that part of our stay. Would have been great if they had informed us beforehand. '

We arranged for someone to pick up but then when we arrived the wallet was missing. There were also charges made to the cards in the wallet. I tried on multiple occasions to speak to the General Manager whom pretended to be an Assistant Manager and said the GM was not there! He refused to speak to us or handle the situation. 'The host was very accommodating and quick to answer questions and address needs. The location is very central to anywhere you might want to travel to see the sights. The house was clean and contained many helpful items for travelers.'
