'Friendly staff, helpful Nice Happy Hour that was unexpected'

'The stay at the property started out on a bad note. The staff person at the check in counter was both rude and uninviting. No smile, no Hello welcome. If I was the manager of the property, I would have fired him on the spot.'

'Nice room, we had a three night stay, in a two room suite, quite. Be aware in this suite bedroom, AC is literally inches from right had side of bed so if on, it blows right on bed. Breakfast included with stay, just wish these people would cook eggs instead of serving egg mush.'

'Beautiful property, very well maintained. Food was wonderful and staff was excellent. Rooms could use a little refresh. Pool area was fabulous.'

'Het hotel is perfect alleen de ligging is iets minder prettig. De wijk waar het hotel aan grenst heeft een slechte naam en dat zie je terug. Er stonden duidelijk mensen te handelen in het een of ander im de bushalte voor het hotel. Het hotel zelf heeft camera's en beveiliging dus ik voelde me absoluut niet onveilig. Echter is het wel jammer.'

'This hotel is supposed to be renovated. We were not told and until it is rooms should NOT be sold. Our experience was absolutely horrible. Alarms going off, horrible room conditions, dirty and so much more. The Hotel Manager confirmed when we were checking out to give us a complete refund and said "consider it done." Unfortunately, he did not live up to his word and we did not have anything in writing. He further explained that he was only there 4 months and prior to him they did NOT have a...
