'My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this beach house. The host had great communication from beginning to end! The house and location were beautiful! Easy access peaceful private beach in the back, hammocks to relax as u enjoy the sound of the waves. The caretakers Artemio and his wife were the best!!!They both attended us for every need we asked for with a smile, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was the best and making sure the property was well taken care of(hard workers)...

'Not really clean the bathroom dirty old lights and foggy and dirty kitchen really nasty the sink very old The refrigerator have stains everywhere the pool was not clean we didn’t have a really good time at this place. Next door was a lot of noise two nights straight. We didn’t enjoy it very disappointed The people are at gate there are not very attentive I have to get out of car to open the gate may self'

'Property listing was a bit high compared to expectations. However, the service provided by Carlos who is onsite in the property was excellent. He was highly attentive and was always available for help or services required from us. He was very resourceful, creative, and more importantly, did everything with a smile on his face. If we had a personal property elsewhere, i would take Carlos with me and pay him double if possible!'
