Gîte Dardenne - LA MALENE

This townhouse is located in La Malène, a small, traditional village in the Gorges du Tarn known for its stone houses with slate roofs and its old mill. It is an important crossroads, with its bridge over the Tarn and its winding roads leading up to the Causse de Sauveterre and the Causse Méjean. On the first floor: a living room with a kitchenette and a pantry. On the second floor: 1 large bedroom with a partial partition, featuring a 140/190 bed and 2 90/190 beds, 1 bathroom, and 1 separate toilet. Outside: A balcony with patio furniture, and an enclosed courtyard for parking your car and storing your bikes. Dardenne is the name of a small spring that flows on the property… and by extension, it has become the name of the vacation rental. We welcome you to our village for a stay that combines relaxation, cultural exploration, culinary discoveries, sports, and hiking. Ideally located in a preserved natural setting, you can enjoy a wide range of activities: exploring the Gorges by canoe, kayak, or stand-up paddleboard; taking a rowboat ride; caving; canyoning; via ferrata; mountain biking; hybrid biking; hiking; swimming; fishing; and more. In our village, you’ll find a bakery, a grocery store, a butcher shop, and bars.
