This brand-new apartment is furnished with natural materials and neutral colors to create a truly relaxing environment.

To ensure a good night’s sleep, the bedroom features a super king-size bed, linen sheets, and a Lattoflex mattress (2m x 2m).

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to make you feel right at home.

In the living room, we’ve created a “home theater” atmosphere with a 55-inch TV and adjustable LED lighting around the TV wall. There’s a large linen sofa that converts into a queen-size bed.

The terrace features a table for four and a cozy lounge area where you can relax and enjoy the sunshine.

You can take a refreshing swim in the community pool, which is surrounded by a colorful garden

The apartment is fabulously located close to Villaverde, Lajares, El Cotillo, the North Shore, and the sand dunes of Corralejo

- Villaverde: a cozy village with traditional Canarian houses and numerous good grill restaurants.
- Lajares: known for its bohemian atmosphere, it offers many good restaurants and cafés.
- El Cotillo: an authentic fishing village with excellent seafood restaurants serving the catch of the day.
- Sand dunes of Corralejo: a must-visit for a relaxing day at the beach, featuring pristine beaches and crystal-clear waters. Also fantastic for water sports enthusiasts.
