The Space:

This beachfront compound in El Centenario sleeps up to 12 guests across two interconnected homes—a family home, and an oceanfront villa—all sharing one private pool and sunset terrace overlooking La Paz Bay. Book the entire property for your group and enjoy the space and privacy of multiple kitchens, five bathrooms, and both private retreats and shared gathering spots. You're 10 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from downtown La Paz, with the beach at your doorstep.



Bedrooms Bathrooms

The family home and oceanfront villa provide additional sleeping spaces, with bedrooms that open to balconies or direct pool access. Five full bathrooms mean no morning queues, even with a full house.



Living, Dining, and Kitchen Area

Each unit has its own fully equipped kitchen and dining area, so you can spread out or come together as you like. The oceanfront villa's living room frames bay views from every angle, while the family home's open-plan layout and natural light make it the heart of the compound. Breakfast bars double as laptop-friendly workspaces, and there's seating for everyone when it's time to gather.



Outdoor Amenities

The shared pool and sundeck anchor the outdoor space, with sun loungers, an outdoor kitchen, and a BBQ area for grilling fresh catch from the market. The terrace overlooks La Paz Bay and catches every sunset—grab a drink and settle in for the show. The beach is steps away, and the calm water is perfect for morning swims.



Good To Know

Free parking on-site, fast Wi-Fi throughout, and in-unit washers and dryers in each home. Dedicated workspaces with natural light make remote work easy. The property has stairs, so it's not suitable for guests with limited mobility. BBQ gas isn't included—use what's in the tank or bring charcoal. Extra cleaning is available for a fee if you'd like a mid-stay refresh.



Guest Access:

This is a self-check-in property using a code for the lockbox to access the keys. Code and instructions will be provided before arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Located in a very calm community called El Centenario, offering beautiful beachfront views. Just a short 10-minute drive from the airport and about 20 minutes from downtown La Paz and the Malecón. There you’ll find restaurants, shops and the ocean. Recommended beaches are Coromuel Beach and Playa el Tesoro, and our recommended restaurants are Vrentino, Oliva al Mare, and Harker Board CO.



Getting Around:

The property is approximately 10 km | 6 mi to/from the La Paz International Airport (LAP) and 199 km | 124 mi to/from San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD). If you are arriving by car, there’s parking in the driveway.

Before you book, please take a moment to review this info to ensure a great stay:



- We encourage all guests to use water and electricity mindfully, as these resources can sometimes be limited in the city. In the rare event of any service disruption, we always work to resolve it as quickly as possible to ensure a smooth stay.

- You must be 21 or older to book.

- We’ll ask you to sign a Rental Agreement once you confirm your booking.

- Only the guests listed in your reservation can stay with us.

- You might need to show an ID when you check in or during your stay.

- If not booking via ABB we will ask for a temporary security deposit, released after your check-out.

- The home has stairs, it is not suitable for guests with limited mobility.

- For stays 28 nights or longer, electricity isn’t included.

- No smoking inside, and no drugs or illegal stuff — breaking this will cost a $300 fine.

- Please no parties or loud noise after 10 pm, so we keep the neighborhood peaceful.

- Need extra cleaning? Just ask — it’s available for a small fee.

- You’re responsible for any damages during your stay.

- No pets allowed, sorry.

- Gas isn’t included for the BBQ. Feel free to use any gas left in the tank. If not the grill can also be used with charcoal (not provided).

- There are exterior surveillance cameras at the property facing common areas and public spaces only. They are strictly for security reasons and to ensure guests' safety.

- Electricity cuts are not common but might occur during your stay, these are temporary outages beyond our control.

- We don't provide any streaming credentials; you can use your own.
