The Space:

Casa Catalina features three comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with a queen-size bed.



The primary bedroom includes a private en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a full bathroom.

• Easy walking access to the Las Colinas community pool



Its elevated hillside setting allows for beautiful sunsets while remaining close to the resort’s main amenities.

Downtown La Paz and the Malecón are approximately a 10–15 minute drive from the property.



Getting Around:

Guests may move around the resort on foot via landscaped pedestrian paths or rent a golf cart.



Golf cart rental is not included and is subject to availability. Typical rates range from USD 60–120 per night depending on the model and length of stay.



To rent and operate a golf cart, guests must provide:



• Valid driver’s license

• Signed liability waiver

• Refundable security deposit



Private transportation and airport transfers can be arranged upon request.



Other Things to Note:

Important Notice!

Blue Cortés Beach Club - Access is subject to resort policies and is outside of our control.

Currently:

• A minimum consumption of $800 MXN per person applies

• Applies to guests over 12 years old



Starting March 20, 2026 (Semana Santa / Spring Break), Blue Cortés Beach Club will become members-only and guest access will no longer be permitted.



Resort policies and amenity availability may change without prior notice.



Pet Policy



Pet-friendly with prior written authorization only.



• Small pets only (maximum 10 kg / 20 lbs)

• Maximum one pet per reservation unless approved

• Additional pet fee and refundable deposit required



Pets may not:



• Be left unattended for extended periods

• Access pools, Beach Clubs, or shared facilities

• Enter restricted common areas



Guests are fully responsible for any damages or violations caused by their pet.



Failure to comply may result in additional charges or termination of stay without refund.
