Casa Revo | Pool + 5BR + Steps from the beach

Casa Revo es un amplio y cómodo hogar a solo 2 cuadras del Malecón de La Paz. Cuenta con 5 habitaciones, cada una con baño privado y aire acondicionado, alberca, patio y terraza. Está totalmente equipada para una estancia sin preocupaciones: WiFi, estacionamiento, cocina completa, sábanas y toallas de calidad, toallas de playa, sala de TV, comedor exterior y todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa. La limpieza diaria es opcional.
- Guests are responsible for any damage to the property. Any damage, breakage, or loss caused by guests or members of their group must be reported and will be charged accordingly.
- No smoking indoors. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
- Turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving a room. Please help us conserve energy by turning off lights, AC units, and other electrical appliances when they are not in use.
- Please take care of all house items. Towels, linens, pillows, glassware, dishes, kitchenware, beach equipment, and other items provided at the house must remain on the property and should not be removed from the house.
- Please do not take towels or linens to the beach. Beach towels and other designated beach items should be used for their intended purpose and returned to their designated areas after use.
- Please report any damage or malfunction promptly. If something breaks or stops working during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so we can assist you.
- No parties or unauthorized events. Events or gatherings with additional guests require prior approval.
- Please keep noise at a respectful level. Quiet hours begin at 11:00 PM. Please be considerate of neighbors and the surrounding community.
- Please do not move or rearrange furniture. If you need something moved, please ask our staff and we will be happy to assist.
- Please use the pool responsibly. Children must be supervised at all times around the pool.
- Please do not use glassware in or around the pool.
- Please keep doors and windows closed when the air conditioning is running. This helps the AC units work efficiently and prevents unnecessary energy consumption.
- Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Dispose of wipes, feminine hygiene products, paper towels, and other items in the designated trash bins.
- Pets are only allowed with prior approval. Please contact us in advance if you would like to bring a pet.
- Please respect the house and its surroundings. Casa Revo is a home designed for relaxing and enjoying La Paz. We kindly ask that guests treat the property with the same care and respect they would their own home.
