The Space:

Condo Alegría offers a comfortable and well-designed layout, ideal for couples, families, or small groups. The unit features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, providing both space and privacy.



Sleeping arrangements include a king-size bed in the primary bedroom and twin beds in the second bedroom. The condo includes a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living and dining areas, and large windows that allow for natural light and fresh air throughout the space.



One of the standout features of the property is its private rooftop terrace, offering elevated ocean and city views—perfect for relaxing, enjoying sunsets, or unwinding after a day exploring La Paz.



Small and well-behaved pets are welcome with prior authorization. Pet fees may apply.

El Esterito is one of La Paz’s most popular and eclectic neighborhoods, known for its authentic local character, walkability, and relaxed coastal lifestyle. The area blends residential charm with easy access to cafés, local eateries, markets, and cultural spots.



Its central location allows guests to enjoy a quieter environment while remaining just minutes from downtown La Paz, the Malecón, and some of the city’s most iconic beaches.



Getting Around:

• Downtown La Paz & Malecón: approximately 5–10 minutes by car

• La Paz International Airport (LAP): approximately 20–25 minutes

• Balandra and Tecolote beaches: approximately 25 minutes



Taxis and ride-hailing services are available, and private transportation can be arranged upon request.



Other Things to Note:

Salvatierra Residences is located in an area of La Paz that continues to grow and develop. Due to ongoing construction and neighborhood expansion, guests may occasionally notice daytime noise, street activity, or nearby works. These conditions are part of the natural evolution of the city and are beyond our control.



The community pool is shared and not heated. Rooftop and common areas are subject to building rules and schedules.



This property is best suited for guests who value comfort, views, pet-friendly accommodations, and an authentic local experience while understanding the dynamics of a growing urban area.



LAST BUT NOT LEAST...

As part of the check-in process, a security deposit hold is required upon arrival at the property using a bank terminal. This works similarly to the authorization hold used by hotels at check-in and check-out.

The security deposit is mandatory in order to complete the check-in process and is held as a security measure for the protection of both our guests and the property. The amount depends on the property and will be either $1,000 USD / $20,000 MXN or $500 USD / $10,000 MXN.

Please rest assured that this is only a temporary hold and is not an actual charge unless there is a need to cover any damages or other applicable charges.
