'We had a room at first that had a VERY loud air conditioning unit that couldn’t be turned off. In the end the receptionist upgraded us to a room where the air conditioner could be turned off, so all was well.'

'Everything was well organized, clean, and easy. One tiny hiccup: the foam mattress topper was so deep and soft I couldn't sleep on it (heat and feeling like you "sink in" too much). But that's really a personal preference. The big soft bath robes were a nice touch! We would stay again.'
